Gashisha is a chill shisha lounge with great vibes, good food, and a solid team. but it wasn’t getting the traction it deserved. The brand was quiet. The content wasn’t moving. And revenue was flatlined.
We came in to change that fast.
The goal was simple: more people in seats, more people talking about Gashisha, more people coming back.
Here’s what we did:
We turned the lounge into a media engine through TikTok and Instagram. We filmed everything and prompoted matches, UFC, food moments, TikToks, behind-the-scenes, daily stories, manager highlights. We made the staff part of the brand. We built stories around the people, not just the place. The tips increased and customers started coming.
One post specifically about an UFC match, became number one on TikTok. And at the fightnight the place was FULLY BOOKED.
Every time something happened at Gashisha, the audience knew. New dishes? Promos? A fight on the big screen? It was online, No silence. Only presence.
We introduced match posters, daily updates, and activity schedules into stories and made sure it didn’t feel like ads. It felt like hype. The content was raw, real, and fast. People started showing up just to be part of the vibe.
We also installed a 360 camera inside the lounge, which became a magnet for UGC and viral clips. Every table became content.
